Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your ZenVault VPN account and what happens to your data after a deletion request. See Timeline and Cancellation below for details.

1. Delete Your Account in the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the ZenVault VPN app on your device.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Security.
  4. Select Delete Account and press and hold for a few seconds to confirm.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

Cancellation is not available in the app. If you want to cancel the deletion request, email legal@infracloud.am within 48 hours from your account email and explain the reason. We may require verification.

2. If You Cannot Access the App

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing us from the email address associated with your account:

We may ask you for reasonable verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.

3. What Data Is Deleted

  • Your account record and account identifiers used to provide the Service.
  • Your subscription access status inside our systems (store purchase records remain with the app store).
  • Service-related data associated with your account, unless retention is required by law.

We do not store VPN connection activity data (browsing history, DNS queries, traffic content, connection timestamps, bandwidth per user), so there is nothing to delete on that front.

4. Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, billing/accounting records for tax purposes). Such data will be kept in accordance with applicable legal requirements and securely deleted once the retention period expires.

5. Timeline and Cancellation

  • Email confirmation: sent immediately after you confirm deletion in the app.
  • Deletion completion: within 48 hours from confirmation.
  • Cancellation: cancellation is not available in the app. If you want to cancel the deletion request, email legal@infracloud.am within 48 hours from your account email and explain the reason. We may require verification.
