1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Infracloud LLC ("we", "us", "our"), Republic of Armenia, processes information when you use ZenVault VPN (the "Service") and our website.

3. VPN Traffic & No-Logs Statement
ZenVault VPN does not collect or store:
- Browsing history or traffic destination
- DNS queries
- Content of your traffic
- Connection timestamps or session duration
- Bandwidth usage per user
ZenVault VPN does not collect or store IP addresses as activity logs. IP addresses may be processed temporarily in real time during connection/session establishment and network operation but are not retained.
Like any network service, limited technical data may be processed in real time to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and ensure reliability.
4. Information We Process
We process only the minimum data necessary to operate the Service:
4.1 Account Information
- Email address (if you create/sign in to an account).
- Account identifiers required to operate the Service (for example, user ID).
4.2 Subscription & Purchase Information
- Plan type and subscription status.
- Transaction identifiers and purchase tokens provided by the app store (for example, Google Play Billing for Android).
4.3 Technical & Diagnostic Information
- Device model, operating system version, app version, and language settings.
- Connectivity and performance diagnostics needed to establish and maintain a VPN session.
4.4 Website Analytics
We may collect anonymized, aggregate usage data (page views, country of origin) to improve our website. No personal identifiers are stored in website analytics.
4.5 Support Communications
- If you contact us (for example, by email or contact form), we process the information you include in your message.
5. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
- To authenticate users and manage accounts.
- To manage subscriptions and access levels.
- To troubleshoot issues, monitor reliability, and improve performance.
- To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse and to protect our infrastructure.
- To communicate with you (for example, service messages, account deletion confirmations, support replies).
- To send essential service notifications (for example, security alerts).
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal data.
6.1 Service Providers
We may share limited information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery).
6.2 App Stores & Payments
Purchases and subscriptions on Android are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive limited purchase-related information (for example, transaction identifiers) to validate subscriptions and provide access.
6.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or lawful requests.
7. Data Retention
- We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and for the purposes described in this Policy.
- Support communications may be retained for a reasonable period to handle your request and maintain service records.
- Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, accounting/billing records).
8. Account Deletion
In the app: Profile → Security → Delete Account (press and hold for a few seconds to confirm). After you confirm deletion:
- You will immediately receive an email confirmation.
- Your account is scheduled to be deleted within 48 hours from confirmation.
- If you want to cancel the deletion request, contact us within 48 hours from your account email at legal@infracloud.am and explain the reason. We may require verification.
- After completion, personal data associated with the account is deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law (for example, accounting/billing records).

9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies required for security and functionality (for example, CSRF protection). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to request deletion.
12. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data.

13. International Transfers
The Service may be operated using servers and service providers located in different countries. As a result, your information may be processed in locations other than your country of residence. We take reasonable steps to protect information in accordance with this Policy.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when the latest changes became effective. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
