Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ZenVault VPN (the "Service"), operated by Infracloud LLC (Republic of Armenia), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

• The Service provides VPN connectivity to help protect traffic in transit and enhance privacy.
• Features, servers, protocols, performance, and availability may vary by region and subscription tier.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts, Eligibility, and Security

• You must be at least the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@zenvaultvpn.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal activities, including violating applicable laws or regulations.
• Distribute malware, conduct hacking, phishing, credential theft, or unauthorized access attempts.
• Perform DoS/DDoS attacks, abuse network resources, or disrupt third-party systems.
• Send spam, run bulk messaging, or operate services primarily for unsolicited communications.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
• Harassment, abuse, or threats directed at any individual or group.
• Resell, lease, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our permission.
• Attempt to bypass service limitations, abuse free trials, or misuse promotions.

If we reasonably determine that you used the Service for prohibited activities (including spam, hacking, malware, phishing, or DoS/DDoS attacks), we may immediately suspend or terminate your access, block your account and devices, and take reasonable measures to protect the Service and our infrastructure.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

• Subscription purchases in the Android app are processed through Google Play Billing.
• Pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, and plan features are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
• Refund decisions are governed by the applicable store's refund policy.

No refunds for abuse. To the extent permitted by law, if your access is suspended or terminated due to prohibited activities or abuse of the Service, you will not be eligible for a refund of any unused portion of a subscription period.

For issues like double charges or technical errors preventing use of the Service, contact us at legal@infracloud.am with your order details. We may assist with guidance, but final refund decisions are made by the store according to its policies.

6. Account Deletion

• In the app: Profile → Security → Delete Account (press and hold for a few seconds to confirm).
• After you confirm deletion, you will immediately receive an email confirmation.
• Your account is scheduled to be deleted within 48 hours from confirmation.
• If you want to cancel the deletion request, contact us within 48 hours from your account email at legal@infracloud.am and explain the reason. We may require verification.
• After completion, personal data associated with the account is deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law (for example, accounting/billing records).

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party platforms and providers (for example, app stores, cloud infrastructure). Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The ZenVault VPN name, logo, website, and applications are the intellectual property of Infracloud LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific speeds, or access to all websites/services.
• VPN use may be restricted in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring you are legally permitted to use VPN services in your location.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infracloud LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for restrictions imposed by third parties (for example, governments, ISPs, platforms).
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infracloud LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel subscriptions via the applicable store settings.
• Termination for cause: We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the Service, or created security or operational risks.
• If access is terminated for cause, any paid fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
• Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when the latest changes became effective. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
